Is not pring everytime I do a workout once a week bad. Since my team does our 3 AT/VO2max workouts the same every week I am always trying to improve. I often feel like during a workout if I am not pring and missing my pr by anything at all, I get very frustrated and feel like I am not improving. Is this a rational thought? Like should I be trying to PR everytime and if I don’t am i really not improving.
