Well bad luck strikes everyone and it finally got to me (got sick for first time in 13 months). Luckily it’s just a cold all above the neck, so no major problems, but it does throw a wrench into training. I’ve been doing 200k a week typically, and since it’s been so long since I’ve gotten sick I dont know how to proceed, I’m super worried I’ll lose fitness if I reduce volume too much, but also know its needed to recover from the cold.
