Training Advice?

Hey, I’m training to potentially walk on for a college team(have posted a few times) and am trying to lower my 2k to see if it’s feasible to even try. My last test I went 6:55 but that’s only after 2 weeks on the erg. The goal is 6:30 (the faster the better) at rate 24 by September. This is a huge leap I know but I’m giving it a shot. Right now I’m doing the Pete plan with some steady state stuff but I want advice on a workout to stick to. Here’s my idea of a week:
