No, this i snot a post on summer training, this is rather a question about the so called ‘base’. This summer I put a lot of work(like 10 sessions a week+ weights) but then I just maintained for another month or so, will the work I did till July help me now? Or because I took some days off and trained lightly from August to September It’s all wasted?
