stretching

i’m really tight/sore in both my shoulders, forearms, and butt from lifting, biking, and rowing. does anyone have good stretches that they like that can help loosen/relieve soreness in those areas? thanks! 🙂

(also foam roller/lacrosse ball stretches can definitely be included in that too )
