snacks during work

I’m erging in evenings and work fulltime+ during the day. I have a hard time to keep up my nutrients (I need to gain weight and muscle). I’m basically looking for tips on cheap and easy snacks/lunch that I can consume during working hours. I don’t have the time to prep a lot of food, so I prefer things that are readily consumable straight out of the (German/Dutch) supermarket. Any tips?

E.g. a bag of peanuts.
