Hi y’all! I am a 6’9.5” male from Yellowknife and 213lbs. I have experience in basketball and I am starting rowing, although it is pretty cold here at the moment!! 🥶 I was inspired by Brian Shaws 1 min ergometer and gave it a go myself, however, I couldnt flatten my legs properly because I hit the back of the ergo. Is there a way to lengthen the slide or is this normal and should I put up with it?
