Hi, I’m a 16 year old, 68kg, 5’ 11’’ student. I have a 2k tomorrow and need a bit of advice.
My PR was last summer (7:05) with me being 15 at the time. My last 2k was a 7:15 about 1.5 months ago.
I understand I need to hold below 1:45 for a sub 7 but any advice in diet, sleep or anything is greatly appreciated as this is my first proper 2k attempt.
My pr was just after a session just for curiosity.
