This may sound like a TMI question but does anyone have any technique drills for bodies over? I used to be great at bodies over but recently my left butt bone sticks out when I hinge from my hips and rotates a second later than my right butt bone. Its strange. Anyone have any ideas to work through this as it does not inhibit ability to row full press?
