Full Compression at Catch

I’m getting back into rowing after some time off and have found that I have trouble getting full compression at the catch due to inflexibility (i think). My seat doesn’t get close enough to my feet, leaving a larger thigh-knee-shin angle and resulting in me hinging more at my waist and reaching for length at the catch. I’m currently stretching my hamstrings and calves daily, but does anyone have any specific stretches to help this? Currently doing these: https://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/training/tips-and-general-info/stretching

(I don’t think this breaks rule 7 but apologies if it does)
