First Marathon Row

Finally completed the marathon row that I’ve been following a 12 week Dark Horse Rowing program for. While I felt prepared, the pain involved once you hit 30k+ is really incredible. Was really hoping to keep it under 3:20, but my body shut down for a while and I basically just tried to keep moving from 35k-40k. Still over all happy with the result, credit to those of you that are pulling this in under 3 hours. Maybe some day…
