I lift weights and do SS pretty consistently and that never really causes any soreness. The moment our team goes out running for practice, however, my legs are sore for the next 3 days and all of my erg pieces are that much harder. It’s not unbearable but it is annoying to go down a couple of splits in training simply because I had to jog 3 miles several days ago. Any advice or some sort of stretching that could help ?
