Hello I Cox An 8 Full Of 15 Year Olds, They Always Want Me To Do Power Strokes To Build Intensity But Its Not Working… Are There Any Alternative Things You Can Do Mid Race/Paddling To Increase Power Other Than Power Strokes. i feel that the power always drops off after the 10 power strokes.
