Beginning Concept2 rower

I am a runner and cyclist. I broke my ankle so that’s not an option for a few months. A couple of years ago I acquired a brand new concept2 rower. I “used” it a coupe of times but since then it has been collecting dust. I’m thinking this will be a great cardio option. However I don’t know how to start an effective and progressive plan. What is good beginner’s workout program and/or app?
