Beginner programs?

So I found a CrossFit deal a while ago, and did that for a little under 3 months, found out the thing that gassed me the hardest was my time on a concept 2 during CrossFit. So I found a used one on Craigslist for $500 and am wanting to use it to get into shape(not really strong, and probably 50-60ish pounds overweight).

Are there any month+ training plans out there to get me into it? Or should I just alternate intervals/steady state days and just row.
