I have a 2k test coming up tomorrow and am not quite sure what split I should aim for. I’m 17(m) weight 141 lbs and am 6’1 (I’m aware that I need to put on a lot of weight). In the last three ish weeks I’ve done a 10k at a 1:57. And 6k at 1:54. If there’s anything else you may need to know let me know. I’m just stressing cuz I don’t wanna overshoot and fly and die. Any suggestions for split or time are much appreciated. Thanks!
