Hi /rowing! tl;dr: Can I build muscle with the erg as my only (or majority) workout?
Slightly longer version: I rowed for a year in high school and noticed how in-shape it got me, and now I’ve come into the possession of a rowing machine from my wife’s dad who had one lying around unused. I do have access to a community gym, but I truly hate the feeling of being watched while I work out, at least for now while I still don’t have much to show.
