Upper Hamstring Pain on one leg after 10 min or so of erging

For the last two months, I have been experiencing pain in my upper left hamstring right below my glutes around when I hit 10 minutes of steady-state on the erg. It feels tight and hurts enough that I have to stop. I then roll it out and do another interval of 10 minutes until I encounter the same issue again. So I can only do steady state in 10 min intervals. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any suggestions on what would help this issue or injury? Thank you!
