I recently started coxing and I am significantly under the weight limit of 55kg that is needed for a coxswain to row in without any added weights.
As I am an astonishing 18kg under the weight limit of 55kg I was looking for any advice in terms of dietary meals and maybe a small gym routine. I would specifically like to develop my quads and legs, my arms a bit and my core strength.
