On paper, I should be excellent at legs first. My hamstrings are very flexible and strong, and I understand the concept perfectly. At times I’m okayish at it, but it takes so much of my focus that I lose my rate or splits or timing. I’m getting incredibly frustrated with it, as it’s the main thing holding me back on the team. Has anyone been able to solve this? The only thing I can come up with is drill-and-kill technique, but I’m not sure how much even that would help. I’m desperate, any suggestions?
