I notice that myself and a few other members of my team have trouble maintaining catch position when getting compressed. Some guys end up just not getting much forward body angle. For me, it manifests as my spine rounding as i compress, with my butt tucking forward and under me and my upper spine rolling forward.
Use of a seat pad has helped with this, but I’ve found that the extra height can interfere with power transmission on the erg. Does anyone have any tips for this? Good stretches to do? Thanks.
