23 yo male, 6’5″, 93kg, 20% body fat, rowing 5 years. I’m currently writing my own program as my local club doesn’t have a coach (small village club). I want to cut down my body fat percentage because it’s definitely higher than it needs to be, and I’m trying to maximise my potential during the depths of winter training so I can perform better during the summer. My weights program is mostly 3×5, 3 lower body exercises, 2 upper body exercises and core.
