thoughts on vasodialator (nitric oxide-boosting) supplements?

my brothers pretty into lifting and was talking to me about nitric oxide boosters he’s been taking. There doesn’t seem to be much available research on them, despite being on the market for over a decade.

I was wondering if anyone here had seen any changes to performance with them, I know beetroot juice has recently started coming up on this sub, but couldn’t find anything on NO booster supps specifically.
