stress reaction healing

hi everyone! i was diagnosed with a stress reaction in my rib about ~4 weeks ago. i’m still not super sure how this is different than a fracture, but i assumed it would heal faster. i am not in too much pain, but it is a little sore when i bike or lift and generally sore throughout the day (pain mayb 3/10 at the worst times, 2/10 usually). should i stop biking? i stopped lifting but it didnt make that much of a difference. is it normal to hurt persistently? shouldn’t it be healed by now (my friend who also …read more
