I’m 5′ 11” and 63kg, so pretty skinny. My last 2k was a 7.31 (miserable I know). On my crew this is considered okay, but the next crew up is a whole minute ahead.
I don’t have access to an erg over the vacation away from uni (7 weeks), which makes it difficult to build up fitness before term. What would the best way for me to train over the vac?
