So I know that other people feel this but I’m going into my 3rd season and I sometimes get a sore ass from rowing for extended periods and I know this is from my tail bone “rolling over” on the seat. I’m pretty sure this happens because I have a considerably smaller torso and really long legs. I’m only 15 and I’m 6 foot so I’m not sure if my torso will grow out to proportion and if not is there anything that I can do to stop the pain?
