Racing season erg workouts

Hey ! I’m in Australia so after the Christmas and New Year holidays our competitive racing season begins. I coach a high school girls crew who I’m hoping to take to nationals if they’re fast enough. This means they’ll have to keep up if not improve their fitness over the break (6 weeks) In which there is little to no set erg training.
