During a erg workout yesterday, my coach pointed out to me that I do not have the best power curve. I tried my best to change it all practice but it stayed very rough, flat and inconsistent. I looked over to the monitor next to me and noticed that his power curve was PERFECT every stroke it was perfect. All I’m wondering is how to perfect the power curve, keep it consistent, and also if it even makes a difference in my performance and gains on the erg.
