I got a Concept2 about 2 months ago and I’ve been spending time with since then. I started with a measly 5 min, and now I’m up to 20. Goals are basically drop fat and increase cardio fitness.
So, what’s next? Assuming that I want to increase cardio-vascular fitness, should I add time, or increase intensity?
Any advice is above appreciated.
