I posted this in another thread about starting Pete’s Plan and realized no one will probably see it… so reposting the question in a new thread. I ‘m in first week on my C2 and did my first 5K after a couple days of intervals.
Results were 23:04.4, 2:18.4/500m, and 24 S/M
