Nervous for onwater

So I’m 17 and just finishing up high school ( 2 months left). However I’m rowing every day but there are kids just learning to row that I am training with. I row daily after school however when I’m not on the erg I don’t get a good workout. ( we just got on water) I am terrified of losing my fitness I worked on all winter and gaining fat over my muscle. Please help
