I was just cut today from my performance rowing team as I am too slow (M16 130lbs 5’8 7:25), and the next tryouts for the team are in September for the fall performance season. I really need advice on how to get down to as close as possible to 7:00 September. What sort of erg workouts/cross-training (other than more steady state 🙂 ) do I need to be doing to hit this goal, and is it even realistic? I will do anything to make this team. Thanks.
