Looking for some goal setting advice (F/20/5’7″/128lbs)

To make a long story short I took a year off rowing due to some injuries, came back and pulled an 8:45. Previous PB was just under 8; but I did almost no winter training, just trained with my team in the spring/summer.

Since my injury, I’ve gotten the motivation to train hard. I’m currently working my way up to a volume average of around 200k plus about 3h of weights (divided into 4 sessions) per week. The erg volume will be ~1/2 UT2, 1/3 UT1, and AT+ 1-2 times per week.
