Lifting weights for LWT females

F, 14 y-o, finishing up 9 grade year, 125 pounds What is a good lifting plan 4 LWT girls? I am one hundred twenty five pounds and don’t need to worry about making weight. Plus I’m on the shorter side and muscular. My 2k test time is a 7:49 (i know😬 not amazing😬) but I am going to use this summer to get faster and stronger!
