I’m a competitive swimmer and I want to start rowing some in an effort to improve my swimming. Obviously, I’d love to become a decent rower, but my primary goal for rowing would be to get stronger for swimming.
I don’t care how good or bad it is, but I worked my *ss off 2k and did it in 7:55. It was brutal, hahaha. Where do I go now? I have 3 days a week where I don’t swim twice, so I’m thinking about rowing those days. I think that 3 days a week is good to start…?
