Just bought an ERG, no formal rowing training. Looking for advice on a training program.

Just like the title says, I bought a Concept 2 and I’m looking for help putting together a training program for general fitness.

I have +-30mins to train every morning before my wife gets up for work (and I take over toddler duty).

I’m 6’2, 255#. My PB 500m is 1:29.3, my PB 2000m is in the 6:50s.

Ideas on where to start?
