I was just wondering if you had any tips for improving one’s erg time in about 3 weeks. I’ve seen posts saying that steady state is necessary, but I’ve seen others saying that it isn’t the priority for high school rowers, so I’m not sure if I should be grinding long hours out or if it’s going to injure me.
