I have a few muscle imbalances which have led to my right leg being slightly longer(well hips rotated I suppose). But my back has more muscle on one side. This normally doesn’t cause issues in any crew boats(sculling or sweep) and I’ve switched sides in sweep boats to try fix that imbalance.
But I feel like these imbalances are making my single rowing way more difficult than it has to be. I keep having to pull harder one side and pushing completely equally off with both feet takes a lot of concentration.
