I had to quit my rowing club for a semester because of School now I’m trying to get a good training plan so I can flex on the lads when I come back

I have a 6:43 2k but I am testing on the 20th I would like to discuss a training plan with y’all and I have an idea but would like some help on finalizing it if y’all could help Mon: 2×45’ ss with a 5 min stretch in between Tue: some of sprint workout Wed: Hard distance or time piece Thursday: hour ss Fri:rest Sat: 2×45’ ss with 5 min stretch Sun: Sprint workout
