Read multiple times that 2k rate should be 30+ at least.
Every time I try that I always burn out. The rate I’m most comfortable at for a 2k is 25-27 and I know that’s too low.
Any advice to rate high? I’m 6’2 75kg.
Is it a form issue/ fitness issue/ lack of practice at high rate issue?
Any workouts in particular that would help?
