Hi! I’m 15 and I do rowing as an extracurricular and for a chance at college recruitment. Lately I’ve been doing an adjusted version of the Alex Krupp plan. It’s been working pretty well and I’ve already seen improvements. I’m working my way up to doing the full 45 minutes but now that I’m at the 40 minute mark, it’s just so boring. Any advice to make the workout more fun? Also I don’t usually erg with other people so anything I can do by myself is good. Thanks!
