How to gain weight correctly

Context: M 15 5’8” 129 lbs

I joined my high schools rowing team this winter and have been noticing significant improvement since when I started in terms of my scores, but the training doesn’t seem to have effected my body. I was around the same weight (130ish) pounds when I started winter, but I really want to gain some muscle mass to increase my power. Any diet/exercise advice?
