How often should I 2k?

Title says it all. I’m working on dropping time, and want to 2k as often as i can so long as it’s beneficial. My coach said a minimum of 2 months between every 2k to ensure my body fully heals, but that seems a bit excessive. Any truth behind that? Or can I be 2k’ing more often than that?
