I’m 35 years old and haven’t rowed since college. Despite walking a lot for work, I’m probably fairly out of shape. Even when I was involved in crew my erg times weren’t great and being a club team, everyone had a seat.
Recently got a gym membership and found out they have ergs, albeit not concept 2s. Would like to make rowing a center of focus once I get into a routine, but have no clue where to start.
Any advice is welcome, from how to approach erging to weight training programs.
