How can I have a better performance at high spm sessions?

My best 30r20 is 1:54.1 and my 16k is 1:58.0, but the 10 minute training at spm 30 and 32 I did 1;49 and 1;48 at spm 28 and 29 respectively, I couldn’t get to 30. Its so hard for me to keep a right movement, my legs and forearms burn and I just keep going from a side to other without making relatively power through the stroke. Is there someways to improve that besides doing those workouts a lot?
