How can I achieve a gnarly 30r20?

17m, 155lbs, 6’0, 30r20 PR of 1:55.5 and 2k around 6:45 or so

I want to break 8000m (1:52.5) on a 30r20 on March 5th. How do I do this? I log maybe 200 minutes of SS on the erg a week. Super determined. Tell me what it takes. Thanks
