Help needed: Any tips to help with the mental part of 2ks and 5ks

I have had multiple teammates and coaches tell me that what’s holding back my erg scores is me mentally. So does anyone have any tips to just help me out I’m 16m 6”2 166lbs Current 2k: 1:57.6 I want to try and drop it down as much as I can.
