Help buying my first budget rowing machine?

Hey all, I’m trying to get into a regular exercise schedule, and want to spend $2-400 on a rowing machine. I don’t need gadgets and gizmos, but I do want a reliable machine that will give me the best bang for my buck. Currently, I’ve been eyeing these two machines, but I don’t really know why they’re priced the same and are made by the same company, so any pointers are appreciated.
