Getting back into rowing after a month break

I had erred every day for the first two months of quarantine, but I haven’t erged for the past two months, as I transitioned into weight training. Getting back on the erg for the rest of the summer, and I have to drop my 2k split by 10 over the next two months. Anyone wanna slide me their weekly workout routine? Would be greatly appreciated!
