Hey everyone, looking for some injury advice
I’m going into university soon, and I want to row on the high development team SO badly.
Although, during spring last year I started to feel a strain in my left forearm while rowing. I was rowing twice a day for several weeks, and I must have over-strained my left forearm. My forearms have always been weak, I’m 6’2 and 160 kg.
Since then, the strain in my left forearm has only gotten worse to the point where I can’t work upper body. I’ve been to physio, been using a
